Refund Policy

At RR Digital Phoenix, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service to meet our clients’ expectations. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency, clarity, and fairness in case of any disputes. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Website Development Services

  1. Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to start any website development project. This covers the initial consultation, planning, and research stages.
  2. Project Cancellation:
    • Before Development Starts: If a project is canceled before any development work begins, the client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • After Development Starts: If the client decides to cancel the project after the development process has started, no refund will be issued for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
  3. Client Dissatisfaction: In case of dissatisfaction with the final deliverable, we will work with the client to make necessary revisions. However, if the issue cannot be resolved, we will review the project scope to determine if a partial refund is applicable.

2. Google Ads Services

  1. Service Fees: Our fees for Google Ads management are non-refundable once the service has commenced. This includes all setup fees, campaign management fees, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  2. Campaign Budgets: The ad spend allocated for your Google Ads campaigns is paid directly to Google and is non-refundable. Any disputes regarding ad charges should be directed to Google.
  3. Cancellation:
    • Before Campaign Launch: If the service is canceled before the Google Ads campaign goes live, a refund of the service fees may be provided, minus any setup costs already incurred.
    • After Campaign Launch: If the service is canceled after the campaign has started, no refund will be issued for the work completed or any remaining budget in the Google Ads account.
  4. Unsatisfactory Results: We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, conversions, or ROI from Google Ads campaigns. No refunds will be issued based on performance as results vary depending on various factors.

3. SEO Services

  1. Service Fees: SEO services require long-term effort. Payments made for SEO services are non-refundable, as the work performed during each month contributes to long-term results.
  2. Cancellation:
    • Before Work Commences: If the client cancels the SEO service before any work begins, they are entitled to a refund minus any initial consultation and audit costs.
    • After Work Commences: If the client cancels the service after work has begun (including audits, keyword research, on-page, or off-page optimization), no refund will be issued for the work already completed.
  3. Dissatisfaction with Results: SEO results are influenced by many factors, including search engine algorithm changes. While we strive for consistent improvements, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases. Therefore, no refunds will be issued based on rankings or traffic fluctuations.

Refund Request Process

  1. To request a refund, please email us at sales@digitalphoenix.in with your service details and reason for the refund request.
  2. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 21 business days.
